Andrew has been practicing psychiatry for decades, some of which were assisted by LSD & MDMA. He studied alongside R.D. Laing, a renowned Scottish psychiatrist who used LSD in psychotherapy in the 60's.
Since then Andrew has also worked with MAPS, the multi-disciplinary association for psychedelic studies, in a study helping people with severe PTSD with MDMA assisted psychotherapy.

Trevor joins me once again to talk about his Vancouver Ibogaine clinic, Liberty Root. He works mainly with people addicted to heroin, and does so with the African psychedelic drug Iboga, or Ibogaine. The substance has a very high success rate for treating opiate addiction, treating both physical withdrawal symptoms as well as psychological processes.
